Staff Bio
Rachel, Physical Therapist
I graduated in 2022 with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. I have loved working with children of all ages for my entire life. I earned my undergraduate degree in Illinois, and while there, I volunteered at Easter Seals preschool and at a local barn to help provide pediatric hippotherapy (therapy with horses!). In graduate school, I have also had the opportunity to volunteer for AZ Disabled Sports to help children and adults with disabilities play archery and run track. I have a passion for treating infants and young children achieve gross motor milestones and functional movement patterns to promote healthy living and participation in the things they love to do most! I believe in hands- on treatments that incorporates fun activities that the child enjoys doing in order to achieve the most participation, and therefore, the best possible outcomes. I also place a strong emphasis on family education as a part of my treatments.

In my free time, I love drawing and painting, hiking, playing with my dog, and doing aerial circus.
